The Scanning Midwife is a CQC registered, non diagnostic clinic built on family values led by a Midwife Sonographer who is passionate about delivering high quality care, images and experiences. Located in Haydock, we offer a calm, modern and welcoming space where every client and family member is treated with respect and compassion. We understand that every pregnancy journey is unique and so precious, we’re here to support you through every moment. Whether you’re seeking reassurance, celebrating milestones or wanting a fun experience for all family members to enjoy seeing your beautiful baby, we will tailor your scan to your personal needs. We have invested in a brand new GE Voluson Signature 18 scanning machine to capture the most stunning, life like images for you and your family to enjoy.

We’re proud to be a family-run clinic, not a large franchise, which means you’ll always receive individual attention and continuity of care. Our clinic has been adapted to be fully accessible and we have a hearing loop at reception. If you or yours require any additional assistance or adjustments please let us know and we will do our absolute best to adapt your experience.

Beyond scans, our space is a hub for the local community—hosting coffee mornings, breastfeeding support sessions, and working alongside other trusted Midwives.
